If you are interested in joining the lab, I would like to "hear" from you! - [email protected]
Undergraduate students: Over the years, we had some of the brightest, most motivated undergraduate students work in the lab. Some have gone on to jobs in the academia or the industry. Others are in graduate schools pursuing PhD, MD and DMD degrees. Several have made sufficient contributions to be co-authors on our recently published papers (check out the publications page), and several more have contributed to papers being written up now. We expect you to be ambitious and curious to learn about the process of scientific discovery by attempting to contribute to it. Generally, if you find mental puzzles like the one below stimulating rather than annoying, you will fit right into the lab. On the other hand, if all you want is a check mark for your resume, you will be better of looking elsewhere :-).
Graduate students: Temple University Department of Biology offers several degree programs from Professional Masters to PhD, and students in these programs are welcome to work in the lab. Admissions are handled by the Graduate program (https://bio.cst.temple.edu/graduate/), but please let me know if you are interested in the possibility of joining the lab or doing a rotation!
Postdocs: Unfortunately I do not have any open positions at this time. Please check back later or get in touch with me!
